Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the vbb8 platform in any capacity — whether as a registered player or an unregistered visitor — you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the vbb8 website at vbb8.vip and any associated mobile interface or service operated under the vbb8 brand.

vbb8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the vbb8 platform. It is the player's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where a material change affects players' existing rights or obligations, vbb8 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English-language version shall be the authoritative text. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between this document and any translated, paraphrased, or summarised version of it, the English original shall prevail. The governing language of all communications, disputes, and formal proceedings between vbb8 and its players is English.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming policy, and any bonus-specific terms communicated to you at the time a promotion is offered. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between you and vbb8.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the vbb8 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. You confirm by using vbb8 that you satisfy each of these requirements in full:

• You are at least 18 years of age. vbb8 operates a strict 18+ policy and does not knowingly permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.

• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of a third party. You are not permitted to register an account or place bets on behalf of another person.
• You are not a current or former employee of vbb8, nor an immediate family member or household member of such an employee, in any capacity that may give rise to a conflict of interest.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with vbb8 or any gambling-related self-exclusion scheme that covers the vbb8 platform.
• You have not previously had a vbb8 account suspended, terminated, or closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions or any related policy.

vbb8 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation from any player at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any other stage of the player relationship. Acceptable documentation includes a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Players who fail to provide satisfactory documentation within the time frame requested will have their account suspended pending review.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of games and services available on vbb8, players must register an account via the vbb8 Login page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping all account information current and must notify vbb8 promptly of any changes.

Each player may hold only one active account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are detected, vbb8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets placed across those accounts, and withhold any winnings or bonus balances held within them.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login details with any other person. vbb8 recommends using a strong, unique password and changing it regularly. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact vbb8 support immediately at [email protected]. vbb8 will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend the affected account to prevent further unauthorised activity while the investigation is ongoing.

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person under any circumstances.
• Providing false or misleading personal information at registration constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate account closure.
• vbb8 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any point in the player relationship, including before processing withdrawals.
• Account registration and use of the vbb8 platform is free of charge. vbb8 will never charge a fee for account creation or maintenance.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vbb8 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vbb8 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. The current list of available methods is always displayed on the vbb8 deposit and withdrawal pages.

Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. vbb8 does not charge any internal processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which vbb8 accepts no responsibility. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the vbb8 payments team within the time frames displayed on the withdrawals page, which are subject to periodic update. Before any withdrawal is processed, vbb8 may require the player to complete identity verification. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the vbb8 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Players may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in their own name. Using another person's payment account is a breach of these terms.
• vbb8 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time before processing a withdrawal.
• Deposits made by a method that is subsequently found to be fraudulent or unauthorised will be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to anti-money-laundering checks in accordance with vbb8's internal compliance procedures. These checks may extend withdrawal processing times in individual cases.
• vbb8 does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards issued by foreign banks, or any payment method not explicitly listed as accepted on the platform.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposits and withdrawals. Players should review the current limits within their account dashboard before initiating a transaction.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

vbb8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is announced, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

Bonus funds credited to a player's account carry wagering requirements that must be met before any part of the bonus — or winnings derived from bonus play — may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Players should read these conditions carefully before opting into any bonus offer.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once through the use of multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• vbb8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modifications do not retrospectively disadvantage players who have already opted in under the original terms.
• Bonus funds and free spins have no cash value until all associated wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Games excluded from bonus wagering will be listed in the relevant promotion terms. Playing excluded games while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• vbb8 reserves the right to withhold bonus payments and associated winnings from any player found to be abusing the bonus system, including through the use of prohibited betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are offered in BDT and all wagering requirements are calculated in BDT. Currency conversion does not apply as vbb8 operates exclusively in BDT for Bangladesh players.

vbb8 strictly prohibits bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same event to hedge bonus wagering; using automated software or bots to place bets; creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; or any other practice that vbb8 determines to be an exploitation of its promotional system rather than genuine recreational play. Detection of bonus abuse will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonus funds, forfeiture of any winnings derived from bonus play, and may result in permanent account closure.

Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

The vbb8 platform is provided for the legitimate recreational entertainment of individual players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Players found to be engaged in any prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, and vbb8 reserves the right to withhold all funds held in such accounts pending investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the vbb8 platform, place bets, or simulate player activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in vbb8 games or the platform interface. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error are not payable and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or tournaments.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account, the vbb8 administrative systems, or any backend infrastructure of the platform.
• Using the vbb8 platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider on deposits that have been used for gaming activity on vbb8.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing abusive, threatening, defamatory, or illegal content through any communication feature of the vbb8 platform.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material information to vbb8 or its support team.

vbb8 employs real-time fraud detection, behavioural analysis, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is detected, vbb8 reserves the right to act immediately and without prior warning. Any disputes arising from account closures related to prohibited conduct will be handled in accordance with vbb8's internal dispute resolution process, details of which are available from the support team.

Intellectual Property

All content on the vbb8 platform — including but not limited to the vbb8 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, written content, graphics, game assets, software, and any other proprietary material — is the intellectual property of vbb8 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of the vbb8 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of vbb8.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by vbb8 under licence. Players may not record, stream, redistribute, or otherwise exploit game content in any manner not expressly permitted by these terms or by the relevant game studio's own licensing terms.

• The vbb8 name, domain name vbb8.vip, and associated visual branding are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the vbb8 platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these terms.
• This licence does not include any right to scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the vbb8 platform.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by players to vbb8 may be used by vbb8 without obligation, attribution, or compensation to the submitting player.

Limitation of Liability

vbb8 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, secure, and performing correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the complete absence of technical errors, and we accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vbb8 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the vbb8 platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or any other external service provider integrated with the vbb8 platform.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, content, or game result displayed on the vbb8 platform, where that display was affected by a technical error that vbb8 has taken reasonable steps to correct.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
